"I just want to sing praises about my State Farm agent Michelle McGowan in Oceanside CA. I had an accident with my Subaru
Forester a couple of months ago. Unfortunately, it was my fault.
The first thing she did when I called to report it, was ask me if I was okay. I was a bit shook up but no major injuries. I reported what had happened, she took a brief note and then she connected me to a claims adjuster phone through her phone line right away. A few days later, she followed up to make sure I had received the appropriate forms. Michelle continued to monitor my claim during the whole process including letting me know I could get my settlement check deposited directly into my checking account. Later when I purchased another vehicle, I called her from the dealership and she promptly assisted me with the new policy so I could drive it home that day with peace of mind. Throughout this whole process I received personal, caring and professional help from her that I greatly appreciate. But I must add that is how helpful and informative she has been to me ever since I became her client when I lived in Oceanside. Now I live in Northern CA and I have no plans to ever change agents or insurance.

"Absolute rude Witch! I referred a disabled friend to this State Farm office because he was new to the area and he had used State Farm in the past. Upon arrival he pulled up to the door and turned on his hazard lights so that he would not be forced to walk any distance and asked me to park the car. She was scowling and judging us for that from the get go. She proceeded to make me give her my driver's license and personal info because I moved his car into a parking place. If I didn't she said she would not help him with his insurance needs. Never again! I will be referring him to a much better place that will actually save him money going forward."
